first semi long lucid with control

So I had a wacky night sleep. So I went to bed late, at around 3 am so I was super tired when I went to sleep. So during the morning I had a false awakening that I got up at ike 6 am and my uncle was at our house and I told him that I have to go bad to bed because I went to sleep at 3 am. I never actually went back to bed because family memebers lept flooding into my house, but then I woke up. I fell back asleep and then had another FA but this time I knew right away but when I got up I felt drunk feeling. So I tried going through my wall, but the thickness of the wall was never ending. Then I just decided to just fall to the ground and I went through the ground and just kept fall and then woke up. So I don't exactly remember if I woke up after that point or if I went to the next lucid spot, but I remember that I said to myself that I would close my eyes and I'd be somewhere else and it actually worked. I've had other lucid but that never worked before. This part was amazing to me. I woke up it the ocean, right next to the shore. I like that because it was like inception but I wasn't laying in the water. I walked onto the sand and it was sunny out and I was at a beach that I've been too. I looked to my left and saw my dad, so I walked up to him. All the sudden the sun went down and the moon was up. I decided to try and make the sun come back up and it worked. But then like 5 seconds later the moon came back up and it was dark again. I remeber shit just started appearing on the beach and then after this point I think I lost lucidy or whatever the word is hahah. But that was my longest and best lucid yet because I had someone more control.

Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.

Congrats on the lucid, it's good you're making progress! Be careful about closing your eyes though; unless you can really concentrate on what's around you and maintain awareness of the rest of the dream, you can end up waking up (at least you didn't).
We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

I knew I was suppose to post this somewhere else. But yea, I usually close my eyes when I try to change the scene. I know it can be a bad idea, but I usually just end up with a FA. I always forget to spin for some reason because I'm in a rush.I just need to take my time.

Don't sweat it, it's easy to move threads!
Regarding your teleporting, spinning is a slightly more reliable technique that you should try first in every dream (just don't spin too fast or you can end up destabilizing!) You can always open a door too - if you're outside, walk into a larger building and then open another door from inside it.

In my first lucids, I was often in a rush too. It took me a few tries to really stop and think about stabilizing, but it got better with practice.
