Get Used to The Dream World

I have finally found a way to induce lucid dream that works for me, but I don't want to rush to do magical stuff because that often make my dream unstable and unclear. In the lucid dream I got on tuesday I immediately jumped out of my window and start flying and I forgot that it was a dream. this experience lasted for 10 seconds.
The lucid dream I got on wednesday I had learned my lesson and this time I walked around in my dream version of my house and were just amazed over how similar my dream house looked compared to my real house and then I lost my lucidity because I forgot to stabilize. This dream felt like 1 minute.
And last night I was even more prepared to deepening/stabilize the dream.
I touched the ground with my hands went outside my house and it was raining and it was night. I touched the car that was parked in our garage and realised how vivid everything become. I walked out on the street and saw that the busses looked weird, then I thought I was good to go and I jumped as high as I could and levitated above the street, but here I lost my lucidity and had a normal dream. This lucid dream lasted for about 5 minutes.

So all you lucid dreamers out there xD What am I supposed to do ?
yes I rubbed my hands, but that just made the dream clear while I was rubbing.
I am thinking that I should start slow and do reality checks and really convince my mind that I am dreaming so it stays that way and instead of doing magical stuff I should bicycle to my school and get used to the dream so I can prolong it.
Does that sound like a good idea?

May I ask, which induction technique do you use?

It may depend on which sleep cycle you are in. If it's like the first sleep cycle, the REM state may not last as long. However, it could easily be a mental thing since dreams are influenced by the mind. Try really observing your hands as well as tactile sensations. Smell around you, listen to the sounds, see everything all at the same time. Really immerse yourself in the dream with your senses while staying focused so you don't forget it is a dream. By accepting the reality around you as being as real as possible without losing your focus, you set yourself up to be truly anchored with the dream reality. Always remember that you have total and absolute control over the reality around you as well. Believe that you can truly do whatever you want. The dream will end when you want it to end. It's these kind of beliefs that can influence how vivid the dream can feel and what you are capable of within them.

Thank you Tonight I will touch everything I see immediately and use all my senses. From 10 seconds to 1 minute to 5 minutes hopefully with this method I will prolong it even more.

Try keeping in motion. Motion will help you "feel" like you are there.

Also, do you drive? Even play driving games? You might try taking a car instead of a bicycle. But cars probably won't work if you don't "feel" driving irl. Also, remember that as there isn't a real lock on the car, any key will work in it. Even a key that isn't car shaped. You could even start it without a key. Pretend you have an invisible key.
