Anyways i don't really know what technique i used.....
Well mybe it was because i told myself 50 times when i went to sleep that i will get a lucid dream. It wasn't the best experience but for a start i think it was OK...
It was at night, i thought i was awake and i wanted to write down my dream, but then i realized somehow that i was in a dream....
I got up from my bed, crashed on the floor lol, then got up again.... went to the window, it was all blurry and stuff , and i think it was winter outside....I started to go all emotional and i felt how dream was fading away. Lalala then i remembered to breath and the dream came back again.... I thought i wanted to fly. I didnt have any clothes on so i wanted to wear a white sweater... but I couldn't imagine how... so finally i woke up :
When i woke up , i had a headache and I was all tired.... kinda weird.... mybe it's because that im a bit ill atm...
Well i wanna wish to all of ppl who hadn't had a LD yet.... DONT GIVE UP =) its all possible .... But for myself, I will practise and practise....
