      Hypnagogic Hallucinations

      Hey, i have a question about Hypnagogic Hallucinations.

      The other night my friend said he was trying to do the WILD technique and he usually never has nightmares. but he said he had a Hypnagogic Hallucination and he said he saw some guy come into his room with an axe and his mom's severed head. The guy then chucked his mom's head at him and hit him in the face and walked over to him and swung his axe at him then he woke up. Is this normal or was it completely random?

      Normal. You can have really bizarre hallucinations when in SP..xD

      i had something similar except a guy chased me down the street and cut my head of with an axe, but i didnt wake up it was like i was still standin staring at my body and my head o.O was really wierd

      Hypnagogic hallucinations occur during sleep paralysis.
