      First LD?

      Well last night I was trying the WBTB technique.I got up after 5 hours of sleeping and waited for about 15 minutes.It was maybe too long cause I couldn't fall asleep after that but when I finally did (after an hour or so) I woke up almost immediatly,really suddenly and I almost fell out of bed.I couldn't remember anything after that and I don't know if I had a LD and woke up too suddenly so I couldn't recall it or something else happened..... So what do think?

      If you had had an LD you would be able to recal your dream usually from start to finish. Also in an LD you would have realized you were dreaming.

      Sounds like a normal night, haha. Katniss isn't technically right though. You could have had a LD but don't remember because your recall is bad. Just because someone has an LD doesn't mean their recall is already good. You need to work on remembering your dreams more before you start worrying about becoming Lucid. If you don't have one yet, start up a Dream Journal. Regardless if you remember your dream or not, write down your thoughts every night.
