My first 2 WILDs in two days!

(There must be hundreds of "first lucid dream" threads per day, but I have a couple of questions.)

Yesterday, I had to wake up at 8 AM, and since I usually have a hard time at getting up from bed, I had an idea to try something that I tought might help me. I set a couple alarms on my mobile phone to go off one hour before I had to get up, in intervals of 10 minutes.

This worked as I tought it would and by 7:30 I was lying in bed in that state of constantly drifting between light sleep and wakefulness. I realised this was the perfect time for a WILD, and in a couple of seconds after lying still on my back, I tried rubbing my hands together. I realised I was in a dream, but woke up soon after. After a couple more transitions like this I was able to stabilise myself in the dream.

At this moment I felt a strong rush of goose-bumps-like feeling, similar to what you would feel when listening to an epic song, but stronger. It passed after a few seconds and I got up from bed (in the dream). After standing up, it was so real I tought I had failed, but then saw that the door was off the hinges and leaning on the wall.

The dream ended at this point and I woke up.

Today, I tried the same thing, only it was for the sole reason of trying to WILD since it is saturday.
Again it worked, but this time it took me about 30 minutes of lying in bed and ocasionally shifting poses. I was thinking I had failed when all of a sudden, I had the same goose bumps rush.

I figured this was SP and focused on trying to enter a dream. I was able to have a false awakening, which, again, almost fooled me if it wasn't for the odd music that was playing. This time though, I had a really hard time getting up from bed. Probably because this was what I imagined SP to feel like, I was almost completely paralised and it took some effort to stand up.
I had my first (real) lucid dream, which, according to the time when I woke up, lasted for about 30 minutes (felt a lot shorter though).
It consisted mostly of me having false awakenings and fighting to keep up the dream, but it was fully lucid and gave me the greatest feeling of accomplishment once I woke up.

      My questions:
      1. Was what I felt SP or just my mind creating the feeling of SP?
      2. Was this a WILD?
      3. This seems like the perfect technique/state to achieve a WILD, but I haven't seen it mentioned anywhere. I'll test it some more in the following days. Could it be that it just happens to work well for me?

This is great, keep up the lucid dreaming! I'm not sure about your last question, but I can answer your first two questions.

A WILD by definition is a wake-induced lucid dream. In other words, you go from the awake state to the dream state, lucid, so you enter a lucid dream. If you have a 'WILD' in a dream, then it's technically not a WILD, but a DILD. The same applies for SP; it's only actual SP if you are in the state between awake and dream. I would argue, however, that if you have what appears to be a WILD in a dream, it doesn't matter that it isn't real. If you keep a total of how many of each type of lucid dream you've had, then I would say it should go under DILD, but the end result is the same; you still become lucid. And if you keep up your reality checks when you wake up after sleeping, having a false awakening after you become lucid shouldn't be a problem.

So you are saying I probably fell asleep, and dreamt that I had a WILD?

Lots. I was really lucky to get these two lucid dreams (I haven't been able to repeat them yet).
