OMG I Had A FA And A RC First Time!

Ok, so last night I did the nose-plug RC before i went to bed, I woke up from my dream and i fell back to sleep, In my dream i was in my bed waking up and going to the bathroom, when all of a sudden my dream character does the nose-plug reality checked and said "Im Dreaming" he did the RC like 2 more times to make sure, then all of a sudden in my dream i started getting a massive head rush LOL and i fell next to my toilet, my uncle comes in and my dream changes.....

I was only aware i was dreaming for about like 5 seconds before the fucking head rush came and ruined all of it ffs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ever think a dream chracter could switch places with you and start dreaming you like dream chracters jump you in the dream and take your place

How long usually do lucid dreams last?

DUPENDS when you become lucid beacuse if your rem cycles is omost over when you become lucid it will end fast but they can last up to 30min to and hour

Word of advice, if you think about stuff that may go wrong in a dream, it's more likely to happen. So just think happy thoughts and you're good to go.
