OBE or Lucid dream!

Hello Dreamers !

Had my first experience ! Lets start from the night I went to sleep and start to MILD
had no dream ! in the morning my dad woke me up I told him that I have nothing to do today and went back to sleep with intention to LD and tried to WILD but failed and went to sleep I guess after a while suddenly I think I woke up in SP and tried to disconnect from my physical body and did but stuck near my hips got scared because I was blind also got REALLY scared so I tried to calm my self down and did then went back to my body so I try to disconnect again went in but I woke up

!

Well that a progress its 11:45 pm now I will go to sleep today with MILD ! Wish me LUCK !

OBE. Just because it failed to be a full blown one doesn't make it neither.

You can know you are dreaming but have no control and still be in an LD.

I didn't comment at first because I have so little experience with OBe or AP, but I am very interested.

It was SP, sleep paralysis, it is what happens so that you don't re-enact your dreams. This is a part of doing OBes or APs, so your not doing anything wrong, you do experience HH before you enter full SP so I'm not sure if you actually were fully in SP. That would explain why you just got up, rather than in your astral body. I can't really add to this though, I hope it was helpful
