      First lucidity

3rd attempt at lucid, and im reading an article about lucidity on my ipad, as i scroll up and down, the worlds change, showin facts i already knew about lucid dreaming. I stand up, perplexed, and try the hold the nose trick, i can breath. I cross my eyes, everything flips out but im ok, next i try the finger trick, it goes straight through. I look outside rmy window and see a garden that wasnt there, so i close the blinds and will it to become a desert, i open the blinds and its just a different garden. I try the nose trick again, it doesnt work for a while, then a gallon of snot pores out of my nose, probably symblifying i was congested sleeping in my bed. After that i call for my mom, and i wake up. F

Lol at the end. Congratulations on your first lucid dream! It sucks that you woke up only a few minutes after. That happened to me when I became lucid about two weeks ago, and had problems with stabilization. I just had a vivid lucid dream this morning, and I probably met my dream guide, but I'm not to sure on that ( probably a wanna-be DG)

After you practice stabilizing your lucid dreams, I think your mind will be able to manifest things like the desert instead of another garden. Like for me, I tried to call out a stress-ball so I can rub it to know that I'm dreaming, but a kneaded eraser in form of a ball came up.

It has a lot to do with day residue, like things you experienced in waking life, but everything is manifested in pieces.

The main problem is i forgot to stablize the dream before doing anything.

Apparently, just like inceptions, tops will continue tospin indefinately in a dream as long as you dont expect it to stop
