Waking without dream fading and eyes open wide...

Yesterday i had my first WBTB experience (and today my second ). What happened is I woke up and went to the bathroom. After around 10 minutes i went back to bed and started meditating for about 30-40 minutes and then rolled to my bed to go to sleep again. I suddenly felt like someone was moving the bed and my body rolling from one side to another, but i knew that it wasn't really happening. So i entered a dream being completely lucid. I opened my eyes (my dream eyes) and i was still in my room. The interesting part is the transition from dream to waking life.

I sat on the bed and saw something on my bed that seemed to be my keys... I grabbed it and pulled it towards me to have a better look. At some point i just couldn't get it any closer to me. So i just stopped there looking at it... What happened is that i slowly realised that i wasn't actually looking at my keys. It was a head from a poster on the wall in front of my bed and i was... awake... I found myself being awake (lied in the bed) and starring at the poster with my eyes still open... And there was no dream fading and no opening-eyes-to-wake-up... It was really confusing. I made a reality check right away but i was indeed awake... Any thoughts? Has anyone experienced something like this before?

I must say, that is really crazy! Awesome experience!
My theory is that you most likely entered a dream, but when you sat up, your real body followed. That is seemed like keys and that you suddenly couldnt pull it any further strenghtens this theory.
Your mind just didnt follow your body in waking up, i guess.

But i didn't sit up with my real body! I was lied in the bed when i woke up in the same position i was before... Unless i did sit up and lied back in again, but i doubt i could keep dreaming after sth like this...

      Never stop!
This is probably some kind of sleep paralysis.
