Everything was jus good. I was getting better and better at lucid dreaming, but they started to pass away. And now they gone. Have you got any idea what could happened? |

Maybe a change in lifestyle causing a drop in dream recall? |

You need to help us for us to be able to help you. Name any significant things that might have contributed towards losing lucidity/motivation/sleep etc. |

well at firs i thought maybe because of summer. You know a lot of travelling and some stuff. But here i got back to normal routine, but dream didn't come back. Well nothing special is going on. Life as it was. only one differece that i'm started to think where am i from ( if you believe that human have souls) and if i came here i have to do something and sometimes i feel like i don't belong here. Like it's only dream and any minute i should wake up, but before that i have to discover somthing. And then i think maybe i'm just going crazy? Soon i think i wount see difference beetween real and and my imagination. This is why i want lucid dreams back, so i can put my attention in there and don't go crazy. Hope it tells you something |

Have you tried going back to the basics? When I do breaks from lucid dreaming, I never approach them again in the same way as I left them. I prefer "warming up": one dream recalled, two dreams recalled; 5minutes of ADA, 1hour of ADA, half day of ADA; 1 WBTB to remember dreams, 2 WBTBS....then I when I feel I'm ready, I start focusing on my mantra and doing WBTBs to perform MILD. |

thanks i will try that and let you know did it helped. Again thaks. |
