Why do you need to sleep lighter? |
|
Im sorry, i found a old thread i made a year ago with some replies. But well, i might aswell answer. Im sleeping too deep, so my lucid become really wierd because of that. When i get them in the night, they are foggy and i doesnt think like normal. But when i take a nap, they are very vivid. So i wanted a way to sleep lighter. |

I see. |

Too bad im having a really hard time taking naps. But yeah, i guess taking naps is better than disturbing night sleep, and with some work i might be able to do it. Got any tips on how to get to sleep during the day? I also gotta make sure i dont get disturbed by someone, since there are people coming all the time, and my room is next to the hallway. |

Hmm not sure how to reduce the noise level, after all it's an external factor unless you are able to find a quiet room during the day. |

Maintain a constant sleep schedule and make sure you are getting enough sleep. And dont stay up on the weekends. |

Ive thought about losing about an hour of sleep every shoolnight, and compensate for it by a nap each day, something that might work? |

Why not just have a full sleep everynight? Your sleep will greatly improve if you keep to a schedule. Naps are hard to fit in every single day. |

As ive said, theres simply no way for me to have vivid LDs at night time |
