In any case, there are more tried and tested ways of inducing lucid dreams, for a beginner, binaural beats have very mixed results, and sleeping with headphones on is a pain in the ass. Have a look at the tutorial section for MILD and DILD, some of the most simplest and effective techniques there are. Bearing in mind everyone is different.
I wish you many more dreams!
The beats DID work. I mean, I am the one who experienced a different dreaming process than usual, so for someone to tell me it DIDNT work is a little strange. How can two people having more vivid than usual dreams equate to the beats not working? Especially when one was completely unaware until the next day?
I never read anything about having to use head phones, and I honestly don't see the difference.
I have already read the tutorial on DILD, and that is the technique I used last night. Also, I have read about MILD around the interweb, and it honestly seems just as tiring, however my boyfriend and I are both be interested in trying it. We have yet to commit.
