Been trying to Lucid Dream for a while, have i finally done it?

Every since i experienced Sleep Paralysis i have been ever interested in all this Lucid dream stuff so i have been trying it every night for just over 1 month now.

The dream i had was very weird, it was like i was dreaming that i was having a lucid dream (a dream about dreaming im having a lucid dream). I was in my local park with my friend and i suddenly stopped and said to him 'Im dreaming, im having a lucid dream' but my friend kept telling me i am not dreaming this is real. I started to do reality checks.

I kept pinching myself and i couldnt feel anything, looked at my hands and they were just a massive blur and i remember reading on the internet to look in a mirror well there was not a mirror around but there was a building which is in my local park and i told my friend to come over and look in the window and see our reflections with me but he refused and said i wouldnt look at that if i were you. I checked anyway and i was all blury again.

I turned around and a random train was passing on the pavement (dont ask why i really dont know) so i told my friend to watch and i did a sort of DragonBall Z move and threw my hands at the train and it derailed and fell over. After that i knew i could do anything, although so i thought. That seemed to be the only thing i could control.

I saw a milf in a red mercedez and i said right im getting her and her car but she drove past and i ended up on a mcdonalds bike with a horn.

During that dream i kept "waking up" in my computer chair but drifting in and out of this dream of a dream.

Was it a lucid dream or me just being bonkers. bearing in mind i couldnt fully control my dream and it only lasted about 10 minutes.

I would say it was. I had am pretty sure I had my first lucid dream last night. It was similar, but shorter. I realized I was dreaming, shouted it out, was amazed, then began drifting out of lucidity. I hear that the WILD technique works best, and I didn't use, nor does it sound that you did either, this technique. I'm gonna try the WILD next time, as it can produce longer, more vivid, and more controllable dreams.

All-in-all, yes, I think this was a lucid dream.

10 minutes? I'm jealous. The only lucid dream's I've had so far were unintentional and lucidity lasted about a minute.
