Is fighting to exciting for lucid dreaming?

I've been watching videos on lucid dreaming for a while and learned that excitment can wake you up easily, would doing unrealistic fighting such as taking weapons from a favourite game and taking everyone in the dream to town (Be a little pychotic and) too exciting?

I have never been too excited in a lucid fight. I think the time when you get most excited, is when you are about to fuck somebody in your dream. Your dream will become extremely unstable, and you may lose control, and exit the dream. Fighting is one of my favorites in lucids

I hope this helped you, and wellcome to DV btw

I hope not, because I train in boxing, and I want to fight Muhammad Ali in a lucid dream, because I admire and respect him.

I also want to fight Floyd Mayweather Jr, but mostly because I can't stand him.

Well, I don't think I will be doing that in a lucid dream any time soon, from my non lucid experiances D:

I had a fight, not in a LD, in a normal dream, it was absolutely amazing

How was the fight, was it supernatural, or did you stick to the "laws of physics" or as we call them in a dream xD

I'm about to say something crazy right here...

      ...are you ready?

I DON'T think that being excited really is what causes people to lose their Lucid dreams. Ok, start throwing stones at me people.

What I THINK the problem is that causes dreams to be lost in exciting moments is that the dreamer is focused internally, increasing the schism between themselves and the dreamworld. The two things are closely related, and I think they have been confused for one another. It's been repeated so many thousands of times that it's a hard idea to let go of. (Of course, sexually stimulating dreams wake you for other physical reasons IMO)

I can at least say from my own experience in lucid dreams that tons of insane fighting (weapons, magic, fists, slo-mo, even morphing) is both possible and incredibly fun and exciting

*Throws several stones* Okay now that that's out of the way, that does make sence, But I also think that exitement can be a factor in it as well. And in non lucid dreams, I have quite a few Sexual situations that wake me up D:

But how many non-lucid's have you awoken from because of being too excited?

Well, none, because I don't remember most of them :3 But the ones I do remember, I wasn't exited from waking up, you do have a point there.

Just that getting very excited in non-lucids doesn't wake you up, so it shouldn't in lucids either.

This is with the understanding that fear is different than excitement.

Yes, At this point I've abandoned the "Exitement wakes you up" Theory by now D: I guess that is a good thing though =D

As long as you properly stabilize the dream you should be able to fight all you want! If you feel that the dream is starting to fade, just stabilize it and try to stay in it.
