Thread: To Clear Up the 90 MIN MP3!!

Hey all..

Ok, so lots of people know about the 90min mp3..and of course there are alot of questions..like "Do we listen to both right in a row!" the answer is YES..it is made for you to wake up at the end of the 1st one..so you get a feel of what is going on..and then he will come up in the second one..and put you right back down, but this time..you will be going with out the voice after a while...he will tell you to make a Scenerio--spelling?--using the rain drops..and your subconcious mind--while your concious mind is dazed off--will come back to the scenerio you have made up everytime your Subconcious mind hears the rain drops--or the words "You are dreaming now!"--but your concious mind..will be in the dream state--the first dream state

Now i have never had a LD using this, but after the 90 mins..my body feels heavy as hell cuz its so relaxed...Some people say "Oh my neck!"....that's why he tells you to lay in a "comfortable position" not some position that is gonna mess up ur neck...

But last night, i listened to it again..and i sooo almost had a wild..Audio and my eyes were moving hella fast..and i remember specificly getting an image of a Disco ball spinning-and you know how the white lights and all that reflect off of it--while i saw that..and then it seemed liked..i was being consumed into the place where the diso ball was..like i was being surrounded by something--and the Ball was above me..but i just couldn't seem to push all the way to get into the LD.....

Like i stated before..it will have different effects for everybody, and NO it is not dangerous, if it was dangerous i hardly doubt they would even have made it.....

So again....its made for your Subconcious mind and its awareness to realize when you are dreaming--doesn't mean you are going to fall asleep to it and have a LD--it bascially trains your Subconcious mind to realize "Hey i'm dreaming" when you are dreaming..

last thing...2 nights ago, i was listening to the whole thing..after it was done..placed my headphones down on the ground, shut my computer off and closed my eyes, tellin myself over and over "Lucid Dreaming" and i dunno how much time passed me by or if i was fully asleep but i was startled back to "AWAKENESS" cuz i heard the guys voice from the MP3 loud and clear--just like with my head phones on--but my headphones were on the ground.....so again, it does things, wicked things, dont be scared, its just a mp3, and its suppose to help you, not scare....HAVE FUN WITH IT PEOPLE!!
