Hi all, this is my first post here since trying to lucid dream. |
Congratulations! This was your first lucid dream. |
Thank you. |
I'm sure you will. Hold on to that feeling of rushing adrenaline and see if you can summon it up at will. I can sometimes carry it with me for days on end after a good dream. It definitely has a positive impact on my work and rubs off on those around me. |

Speaking of flying, I accomplished it in a lucid dream the other night (the first time I've tried to fly, actually). I held my fist up towards the sky, looked up, and said "Up up and Away!", and suddenly I was flying, and making myself go EXTREMELY fast. |
You may say I'm a dreamer, but I'm not the only one...
I do this a lot! My first lucid dream was a dream inside a dream. One time I dreamed that i tried to WILD and had some intense vibration feelings. |
Just to let you know I've tried to have another lucid experience but nothing yet which I found depressing. But I feel better now. I'm trying omega 3, and b6, bannas, fish and milk each day and my dream recall is very good now so I'm feeling strangely up beat about my dreams and mind. |

If you really want a supplement combo that works(I am no doc, make sure you read into them before tossing them down) Galantamine and Choline after about 4 and a half hours of sleep are extremely effective. Nothing else I've tried even compares. |
