2nd lucid without trying.
I was on the landing, upstairs in my house. I got a feeling that I was dreaming but I couldn't be sure, I tried a finger through palm which failed, my hand never went through. I tried the nose plug which seemed to work but I still couldn't be sure. I walked downstairs, I remember seeing my Dad and I think my brothers. I walked outside my house and tried to jump and I flew into the air. I was finally 100% sure I was dreaming, I remember sleet hitting me. My dad saw me in the air and looked at me like 'Barry, give up.' I remember doing another reality check, before I started to loose lucidity.

I feel as if most lucid dreams are unintentional and with little effort. I've had most of my DEILDs and DILDs from just.. not trying.
When I concentrate it just gets harder for me. XD

Eh, what I meant by that was that I went to sleep with no intention of having a lucid because I've been having a dry spell so yeah. Inside the dream it was hard as hell to keep consciousness once I realized I was dreaming which happens every time. I experience drowsiness like I was drugged with a sleep medicine and I feel dizzy. If I am somehow able to stay awake I will eventually remember that I have to roll around so I can get grounded into the dream. Then there's the issue of worrying about how long I will stay lucid because most lucids I have only last a few minutes.

Hi Barry, I had a similar experience last night. My first lucid dream. However, my problem is I couldn't control it. My reality check of pushing fingers through my palm failed as well. I also had the lucid dream during a dry spell (of not trying).

The nose pinch seem's to work more for me now and nice!
and taffy I haven't had one since, so gotta try again
