Half lucid-fail nightmare

So in my dream I was in my brother Ben's room and this oddly attractive girl around my age was standing there so I was like "hey baby come to my room" (which is right next to his) so when i got into my room i turned around to take off my shoes and when i turned back around to look at her, her face turned into the exorcist chick and me not taking any chances to make sure shes not evil i started beating her with this roll of rapping paper and screaming for my brother and parents to come. Eventually I beat her out my window and I jumped down after her, My brother was outside and was like "DAMNNNNNNN" as I was beating the hell out of her. So she jumped back into the window she fell out of and was going into my other brothers room and I was just screaming as loud as i could for him to hear me so she wouldn't get him. I jumped back into the window and this is where my dream ended.

Now this seems like a normal dream but in most of my nightmares I never win, I can't even remember killing or getting away from my nightmares. Also in 99% of my dreams it is impossible for me to talk let alone scream but I was able to and knew what I was saying. Also I remember vividly picking up the rapping paper and beating the shit out of this girl and actually feeling joy out of it.

I feel like this dream was half lucid because I knew what i was doing and knew I could fight the exorcist girl, but couldn't control my dream 100%.....

Did you know that you were dreaming WHILE it happened?
If yes, then you were lucid.

I didn't normally talk or hear in dreams either, only after i began keeping a dream journal and my recall went up, well, it's more like i didn't remember saying or hearing anything i guess.

So if you have improved recall, that might be why.
It could also be because the dream was so intense.

That sounds pretty crazy Lol i had a dream with the exorcist girl one time and it scared the shit out of me lol (then again i was 12) but still worst nightmare i ever had xD
