      Mantra gone wrong, or not?

For like a week, I'm repeating my mantra "I wake up few times a night.". It's the DEILD mantra. From the point where I started repeating this mantra, I do really wake up few times a night. I always fail at DEILD. It's not annoying because I can fall asleep in like 10 seconds after waking up. But now the weird stuff.. I started having nightmares about sleep paralysis.. yeah. Today I had one. I never had one IRL. The nightmare was like that: It wasn't actually a one long sleep paralysis, it was a serie of short. It lasted like 10 seconds. When ever I got it, I was lying shocked in the bed, hearing weird screaming, feeling REALLY scared, and the weirdest part: My dad was coming to my room and saying: "I love MIMIC!" I don't even know what does it mean. I think he wanted to say "I love SP!".
After that, not exactly after that, but some time after that, I found myself lying in bed, and doing RC. It was a dream. The whole point is that I think, I'm not actually waking up few times a night.. those are FAs, maybe? So, I was lying there, still being scared after that nightmare. The first thought that came to me, is to get away from this bed and night ASAP. As the thought came, another thought came to my head... I standed up at my pillow with my eyes kinda closed... if I were to do this IRL, I would smash my head on the shelf, lol. And when I was standing there, I just falled on my back. I wasn't thinking about anything. I appeared inside the same room, not in bed though, and it was day. This is were my lucid started, it was damn long. I wasn't doing anything amazing here, because I couldn't even control anything. I tried to teleport through the door to a beach, but the door worked just as IRL.

I'll post more informations if something happens.

I'm not sure about the SP, but surely a better mantra for DEILD, would be "I wake up after my dreams". Because the point is that it is Dream Exit Induced Lucid Dream. So you would need to have just awoke from a dream, to be able to go back into one, rather than randomly waking up whenever in the night. The likely hood is that your way you'll wake up at the wrong time during the sleep cycle.

Just thought I'd point that out.

The only way to wake up at wrong time is through alarm clock. No matter how hard you try, you can't wake up in the delta cycle through a mantra. No matter how is my mantra constructed, I'm gonna wake up in the REM stage.

I prefer to wake up in a FA, and have a lucid straight away, instead of waking up, then having little chance to not move, and then small chance for DEILD to work.
