I just stumbled across the site this morning, and it has instantly grabbed my interest, and I would really like to make an effort at this. I've had my fair share of Nightmares, normal dreams, and Lucid Dreams. But now I want to talk about the dream I had last night. I just turned 17 last week and got my driver's liscense the same day (I've had the permit for a year). Every new driver has the fear of getting in an accident, and I am no different. But my fear went into my dreams last night. In my dream I was driving it was seemed to be a White Supra or 3000 gt from the nineties. We own no such car, so that should have been sign number one of a dream. I was driving around in what seemed to be a town, a bit more populated than my rural area. Also, it was winter time, snow all over the place. Since I'm in the states, it's obviously not winter, and there should be no snow! Sign number two. I don't remember much of the driving around, but what I do remember was the first little accident I got into. I was trying to parallel park I believe and I slid forward on the snow and bumped my front end into a telephone pole. I can't remember being all that worried about it, but the next thing I remember was at a different part of the dream (I'm new at this, so possibly a different dream?) I was backing up much too fast (parallel parking again I believe) and I slid into another telephone pole. Well, aside from the incorrect season and different car, this has all been fairly realistic, up to this point that is. Upon hitting the back end, I don't know how, but all the sudden the car was about 1/18 scale, and I was holding it in my hand trying to bend the bumper back to way it was, so my parents wouldn't know what happened. This would of course be sign number three *ding ding ding*. Well, that's about all I can remember. I can't remember if I had much control over the dream or not. It's possible I made the car smaller to fix it, but I'm not sure. I'll try and focus more on the dreams now that I've read through the site. Comments are welcome .
