      help!!!

      ok,for some weeks now i have been mastering telekinesis but it seems the more i master the more i find it hard to LD. example: last night just when i became lucid everything started going black and i opened my eyes to find myself on my bed only to realise it was a false awakening some moments after i truely woke up. can anyone help?

      Why hasnt anyone commented this? Well as far as i can tell/guide/help i only know that you should try to stabilize the dream first. You can do this many ways example: Trying to breath trough your nose while pinching it or concentrating to your hands and details. They work as RC too for me. Maybe your dream becomes more unstable if you dont ground your self/familiarize your self to it first, like dont immediately begin to use your Magento skills.

      Ps. I have experiences about if you think you're going to wake up, your mind generates a dream in which you do wake up but just into another dream. Always try to remember to make a reality check when waking up.
