I haven't tried Lding in a looooooooooooooooong time, because I've never actually successfully induced it. Yet somehow my body started falling into sleep paralysis without me realizing it. Well, I mean, I did realize it. It was very loud all of a sudden, and there was this huge pressure on my head. I had been facing my wall in my dorm room, even though I usually lay on my other side, and had this sudden irrational fear that something hostile was in the opposite corner of my room. I hadn't opened my eyes yet, knowing that sps can be absolutely terrifying. I switched my orientation in bed so that I was sitting on my knees, but then felt this pressure which pushed me down again. I finally opened my eyes, to see the wall I was facing before I entered sp, As I opened my eyes, the stucco wall came into vision surrounded by black spots and a deep roaring noise. I wasn't scared, because I had reminded myself not to be freaked out during and SP. The same thing happened every-time I opened my eyes. Once, I saw shadows being cast on the ceiling in my peripheral vision, and was concious of the fact that they were some sort of projections of my mind. After that, I tried to control my emotions more- I made myself afraid and opened my eyes- the screeching noise was very loud, and I felt a rumbling from behind me. I promptly calmed down. After this, I decided it was too weird for me and tried to wake myself up by lifting my arm in my sleep. Sure enough, the roaring noise and pressure in my head slowly evaporated and I regained control over my body.
So my LD was over, and the only thing I did was make myself sit up and then freak out about stuff. I mean, come on.
I was pretty done and wanted to get some normal shut eye after that, but my body kept trying to pull me back into an SP. I was in some sort of condition where I could do that I guess. It was really weird and I had to stay up for about an hour before I could Fall asleep properly
