Totally amazing..

Hey guys, Well last night I went to bed, didn't really set much of an intention to have a lucid dream. Just watched the formula 1 on iplayer for the 50th time but struggled to get to sleep. I eventually did. I woke in the night but just went back to sleep. Before the final time I woke up thats where the magic happened. I had my first lucid dream. I have to say it was one of the most amazing things I've ever experienced! The dream nearly ended as soon as it began but I started touching the walls to cement myself in the dream. That worked thankfully. And I went about my business exploring my grandmothers and grandfathers old house. I won't go into all the detail to save time. I managed to go outside and looked at the sky and thought damn it would be cool to fly and I saw the trails left behind by planes. I did try flying but it didnt work. I went up to a dream character later on in the dream just to have a bit of fun and said, "Hi, do you know you're in my dream?" To which she replied "No! That's amazing" I was so disappointed when the dream ended because my phone went off which was next to me. I wanted to try so much more. Hopefully next time!

congratulations on your first lucid the first time you lucid is great because it gets you a taste of what you can actually do and see within a LD ..and makes you more determined to have more its a great tool to boost confidence flying can be hard ive only done it a couple times and theres alot of different techniques people use to achieve it such as the zoom in- zoom out using fingers ect or just simply focusing on an object in the sky like the moon or a star ( if dark) keep experimenting and have some fun you'l have your own ways to achieve certain things within a LD which maybe different to anyone else in the forums. Hmm... if you start off like this then you should get dreams for a whole week then it gets weaker and weaker. Goodluck!

Yeah definitely want it to happen more and more now, i've got so many things i want to try! Hopefully i'll be able to have another tonight. Fingers crossed

Congrats on the first lucid! Were you actually fully expecting to fly when you were doing it? I was kind of didnt know what to expect so I think that's what hindered me. I did try changing the scenery aswell because it was night time and I wanted it to be daytime but that didnt work either. More practice is needed I think!

More practice is needed I think! Yes keep practicing.. The most important thing to remember is that your conscious expectation plays a major role. If you question your own ability to manifest new scenes, then your abilities will falter.. so remain confidence..
