Tell me your Lucid Day Dream experiences

There's something curious going on in the Attaining Lucidity forum, I've pushed the first domino in a rube goldberg machine that's now on it's way to building a tutorial for a new form of lucid dream and many spin-off techniques. Here's the thread.

So I've decided to post this sister thread to collect your experiences with this ability, I am going to be taking notes that will be used in the first thread for discussion on a tutorial.

The plan is to soon build a proper tutorial and post it in a dream journal (If you're interested the link will be in my signature once I write the first draft). Perhaps eventually get a new sticky created.

And YOU can be a part of making lucid dreaming history!

Yes this always happens to me. Sometimes I want to day dream, go right into it and start controlling but it seems if I am in the world and that's the only world I can see and interact with and sometimes I daydream by accident then gain control of it and like I said before its like that's the only world that exists until either someone snaps me out of it or I decied it is time to return to reality.

Now when i thought a little better about this, I can say that it seems to me that after all I am natural at this. But I'm not using this the same way as lucid dream. I think of it as a deep thought. I fully visualize any idea, put myself in memory or visualize my next lucid dream. This really helps my remember way better. It's strange to me that not everyone think that way. I think working on improving memory and visualizing skills is the first step to LDD...

start your day with a glass of fresh lemon juice, work out as much as you can for the day while remembering everything that occurred in the dream you had the night before, just before you sleep mediate, that last bit is optional aha iv had far too many disturbing lucid dreams cause of it but burly any worth remembering without thats how i lucid dream and iv had one every night for as long as i can remember back now, id like to post a few of these *it will be a long read* and see can anyone connect with me on them, especially one i had last night that was ... well all the above when it come to lucid dreams, so where can i make this post for i am a newbie here.

Also spinning around in a lucid dream is my best technique it usually sends me to some bizarre room dancing like a mad native around a hot fire of course the dreams becomes more vivid aha try clapping your hands then and see how amazing it is ^^
