      Lucid inside a non-lucid dream

      This thing just happened to me. I woke up in real life then i went back to bed. I woke up in a dream and i went back to sleep in the dream. Then i was in a bathroom somewhere realizing that i am lucid. I was screaming i am dreaming all over again then i woke back up in a dream where i went back to bed and i woke up in real life. It was wierd.

      This type of thing has happened to me quite a few times also. What happened is when you fell asleep in your dream the dreamscene changed to the bathroom, then you realized you were dreaming got excited and had a false awakening. Still quite a fun and enjoyable experience to have.
      Dreams are a part of reality, sadly too many people ignore this fact.

      Congrats on lucid dream!
      Happens quite often for me, i did even managed to use WILD method in non-lucid dream to get lucid(counts as DILD though) some times. False awakenings can be pretty confusing, but that's why reality check every time you wake up/get up from the bed is helpful, and that's why false awakenings are useful for lucidity.

      I used to have false awakenings all the time. But now I don't. It's weird.
