Intense, big time. Long, no because I woke up. However, it is not a waste of time. The orgasm is better than what is attainable under most circumstances in ordinary life. You could potentially have similar results while stoned or on some other type of drug, but other than that achieving the orgasm that you get while lucid dreaming awake would be real tall order.
