      Sleeping

If its too hot for me, i go sleep by the air vent and i fall alseep in less than 5 minutes. ALWAYS

I can sleep anywhere, a car, a hardwood floor, you name it. I could fall asleep in snow if i were warm enough. It takes me 5 extra minutes to fall alseep in a bed XD

I had a dream that i was lcucid dreaming. It was weird!
The saying "in your dreams" has taken on a whole new meaning...

      Caffine & Lucid Dreams

Although I've not tried Dr. Pepper...I did try something of the sort to induce Lucid Dreaming...

As a child I was told that eating heavy food before bed would cause nightmares...well, I control my dreams when I have a night mare so I figured I'd go with the idea...

I ate a banana and a bowl of pasta directly before I slept...every time i did that I had Lucid dreams...though, I was expecting it, and I know that had to have played a major role (psychology aspect and all).

*Warning...side effect = I gained a good 10lbs quickly and had to really hit the gym*
It does not do well to dwell on dreams and forget to live.

...Though it does perhaps less to not have dreams at all to live out...

maybe you just needed something that sort of intertwines your lucid dreamind ability and your reality? you know, like you do a knot in your tissue to help you remember somthing, your mind just found a way of indicate lucid dreams by connecting the topics "lucid dremaing" and "dr pepper"?

Anyone have any idea about energy drinks as a similar drink? Some of them give you an instant boost though, so this may do the whole 'cant sleep for another 3 days' thing instead, hmm :/

Why not caffeine pills? I mean wouldnt you say that if caffeine was the key to "wake up" your brain when your sleeping, taking a caffine pill would induce lucid dreams rather than drinking soda? I mean it would take awhile for the caffeine to hit you... Just an idea..

If it were possible to get caffeiene pills that weren't designed to act right away... maybe take one along with a decent-sized meal?

      Hmm...

I am finding it interesting reading that caffeine and chocolate are helping people to lucid dream.

I have always had a cup of tea or cocoa an/or some kind of snack, ususally sugary before bed. Maybe that's why this doesn't work for me?

I know that recently I have had coffee before bed a couple of times, and I have been going through a dry spell recall-wise for the last two months.

Although I have never tried it with a soft drink.
