try closing your eyes (dream body eyes) |
|
I have been waking up from dreams (specially nightmares) for a long time, even before I find out about lucidity in dreams. I have now become lucid 2 times and in the last one I tryed to wake up because I had a meeting in the morning (I had already awaked with my alarm but I slept again ) so when I tryed I had to make a big effort and false awakned 2 times before I managed to be really awakened. |

this may sound a bit crazy especially from a newb to the site ...but when i was little i first started awakening from dreams by one of the 2 ways...the first i used to headbut anything 3 times counting out loud and the 3rd time i would awaken..a bit weird but works...after i got older i just figured out that if i just commit suicide i awake always...this works especially in nightmares...just simply run into the tornado or the chasing bear. |

Hey i had the same problem when i was little and i always had these nightmares, i taught myself how to wake up. just stop what ever you are doing in the dream and cover your eyes with your dream hands, when you lift them up you may be awake, worked for me for years |

The trick is to combine your waking rational abilities with the infinite possibilities of your dreams. Because, if you can do that, you can do anything.

I can't say I really know anything about what you're talkinga bout , but I said plausible because of that incredibly cool blind spot trick .
