Pre-cognitive..(whatever) dream or Not?

I know some users on this forum believe that Seeing the future in dreams and all is a bunch of BS. But... Recently My step Dad told me that He had a dream in wihch he flew over to his sisters house in Florida ( We live in North Carolina) and Im thinking he was lucid, he says he wasn't sure. But, he went in the house and walked around for a while, etc. The next week he went to visit his sister and the house and area in which she lived was EXACTLY the same as the dream, down to every last detail. So, Whad'dya think? Some Kind of Pre-cognitive dream, OBE, or Just Coincidence? Edit: The house was new, she had just moved in, so He had Never been to her house before, Just to Clarify...

well i believe in precognition, and that was probably it. i think preceiving the future can come in various ways in dreams, and be fortelling anything. it doesnt have to save you, it doesnt have to help you, it could just be random stuff that comes true and you realize you've dreamt it happened before it happened. at least thats what i think..i think about weird stuff.
