      WOW

hey, i finally had my first lucid dream. That ngiht i went to bed ealry at around ten and used autosuggestion. and woke up at exzactly 5:00 am. I grabed somehting to eat and watched some tv then at around six went back to sleep. I was in a parking lot with 2 of my firends and everyhting seemed vacant except for lots of cars. Well we wanterd to drive them so went around trying to find the keys when i got really fed up i said OPEN and the door swung open excited i jumped in the car ( lexus rx 430) and said START the engin roared and i took off my friends did the same thing and we drove around had races and stuff. So then my dad comes to pick me from my friends ( kinda weird cuz i got my own car) and i tell him about how we got in the cars he tells me that impossiable so i causually glanced at the clock and couldnt read the numbers then i said to myself I AM DREAMIng sadly everyhting fadded and i woke up i didint have any time O WELL the cool thing is that i only been tryting for 3 weeks alright opinons are welcom-matt

Excellent job. Next time you start to fade out try the spinning technique if you can get yourself going in time. That always works for me when the dream starts to Fade.

Oh or Do a Handstand this to me works better than spinning. Don't worry if you fall it won't hurt. I fall everytime. I usually just have a slight problem with turning the rest of the world right side up afterswards..ummmm.

yes congradulations...* nod nod* next time when you're in a lucid dream and it starts to fade, do what Shadow said, or try to focus on something stable like your hands, that should make things more clear. and remember not to close your eyes, that will most likely cause you to wake up. congrats lucid dreamer! ^_^
