      How'd i end up here?

i was just a strollin' through info on tryptophan and b6 and here i end up in this forum........quite interesting really... Lucid dreaming.... i guess i kinda figure what LD means and is, i'll do a bit of research on it..... what i do know is that i am very hooked to my dreams, meaning that i draw a lot of breath and meaning from my dream experiences, though i never thought of it as a goal to attain this on a regular basis. I more or less just figured i'd hit or miss throughout the week and accept it at that.
Last night i'd taken 1 g of Melatonin, and my dreams were a bit intense: dreamt that I had a psychotic episode and was seeing hallucinations, but unlike other dreams this was just so real as if i were actually awake and experiencing them in bed........i had to have been moving around in bed quite decently, as my whole body was just reaching back and back due to the hallucinations coming at me.....wow! left an impression of sensitivity on me this morning. whew..... wierd how i ended up here.......... dreams have been a lifeline of absurd meaning to me throughout me life..... huh.... to get deeper into this LD'ing situation sounds interesting...

Melatonin is pretty good stuff. I use it every other night or so. It helps me a lot because I hardly get enough sleep, as it is.]
