      my first lucid dream

I finally had my first lucid dream and I have to say its been worth all the work. It was the coolest thing EVER! I woke up at 6 am after going to bed about 11:30 and I was just in a normal dream and somewhere down the line a realized i was in a dream. I didndt do a RC or nothing, I just went right to try things. I wont get into the actual dream but lets just say it was a really good one. I was lucid for about 5 min and twice during the dream things started to fad and colors went gray. The first time I touched something and really thought about how real it felt and I literally watched the color and life regenerate itself. The second time I actually woke up(maybe a FA?) but as soon as I fell back asleep the dream picked up were it left off and I was still lucid. Im so happy right now I cant go back to sleep. It was the more real than I thought it was going to be. I also took 2 advil pm's before I went to sleep. Well Ill stop talking,

      I agree with that. ^^

It's amazing the way things feel real, and it will probably never stop exciting you, but the more you get immersed in your surroundings, the more likely you are to forget that you're dreaming.

      Congratulations, though, man.
It get's a lot better from here.

You might want to start up a dream journal, if you don't already have one. It's going to be your best friend, soon. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask.
