actualy i had a dream journal but i could never wake up enough to write down my dreams at night or in the morning, i'd remember them when is was at work and had a moment to myself i started thinking about what i dreamt and then they came to me. I have a recall of about 1-3 a night. Also i had no real dream signs. The only one i could find was that i was in a place where i should not or could not have been. But that's not realy helpfull.

I did a lot of reality checks just before my first three L.D.'s But then i kind of forgot about the reality checks... I have this problem that i cant rember stuff i want to remember.
EX. I need milk from the fridge so i go to the kitchen and think hmmm would like cookies. I take the cookies en forget the milk.... But i need to take up the reality checks up again.

But it is so strange that i had a lot of L.D.'s in only 1-2 weeks of wanting L.D.'s (before i was focusing on dream recall.
