So yea, I have been here for about a month (little longer) and have practice numerous techniques the first 2 weeks and dream recall. Then i stopped for about a week.. then the last 2 days i focused on the 61 point relaxation and found that it works really good if you want to go to sleep - i found myself fallling asleep before I can go through all the numbers (and I have a hard time going to sleep) |
