First LD through WILD attempt! :)

      Morning everyone!

Two nights ago I woke up, as usual, five hours after I had been sleeping. I decided to try a WILD, and I did so for about 30 minutes; however, I failed at the WILD attempt. I never actually got past HI, never even got to SP, but I think I might have been close. Anyways, I drifted off to sleep, and I think the conscious attempt at the WILD brought me to a level of consciousness that triggered my first LD!

      Here's the dream:
A friend (whom I cannot pinpoint) and I were driving through Italian cobblestone streets in a small, pod-like car-- it seemed like a little Mini. Anyways, we were driving to a "Frightfest" sort of event, like the ones amusement parks hold in October for Halloween. We're tailgating this red car, and I tell my friend (who's driving) to slow down because you should never have to rely on extremely responsive brakes to save your life. He/she didn't ever listen to me, but we arrived at the Frightfest safely. It was a large, open, cement clearing. I got out first, and I don't recall my friend ever leaving the car. Once I stepped out of the car and was on my feet, one of the people dressed up in monster costumes popped out of nowhere and scared me. Immediately, I realized I was dreaming-- that these fearful senses were coming from an internal source, not an external. Instantly, I decided to jump high in the air, and do an elongated backflip without ever bending my legs-- I was stretched out completely when doing the backflip. I stayed high in the air, and started soaring over the scary monsters, and as soon as I was able to feel the extremely euphoric sensation of flying, I woke up.

      Wow.

Excellent! That sounds like a cool dream, too (I love Halloween events like that!). Keep up the good work.
