Erm... I hope you're talking about in your dream!
I will assume you are, basically all you need to do is expect to find a rocket launcher, or maybe go somewhere that has them. For example, open up a 'weapons cabinet' and take one out, or run around the corner to the weapon shop and take one off the wall.

There are many ways to do that. You just have to think of a way that helps you to imagine it easier.

Open a cupboard, a box or a door and think that the rocket launcher will be in it.
or
Hold your hands up like you were holding an invisible rocket launcher and just start shooting. (thats how I do such things mostly)
or
Ask a DC to give you one.

Haha I had one good rocket launcher experience that might help.

I was in some kinda warzone and started out with an assault rifle. When I felt the need to change weapons, I just side-scrolled them out of view like on a video game as more rotated up into my view. (Ever play a first person shooter?)
After a few choice weapons, I got to a rocket launcher and blew shit up. Gotta love it.

Perhaps you should plan before you go to sleep each night exactly how you would like to get a rocket launcher. Perhaps you could look on the ground, and there it is!

Whenever I wish to use a weapon I imagine it just behind a wall, leaning against it for example. When I turn the corner, it’s there. Simple.
