      First LucidDreams

Last week in my dreams I was always becoming lucid ..in nightmares so I was making myself to wake up(it was happening around 2-3 times a night).Once, I stayed in it and I put my mom in front of me in my kitchen to ask her when she will come back(she was on vacation) and answered me Sunday(and she came back Sunday), after I remembered that my boyfriend told me its more easier to do an astral thingy(trip?..sorry for my poor english)when you are lucid while you're dreaming. So I tried... my body was all shivering and I got off of my body and I was flying over the chairs in the kitchen looking outside..I didn't want to get more far so I forced myself to come back in my body.. it worked but I woke up and my heart was beating very hard.Since this night I didn't have another lucid dream.

      Welcome to the board!!!!

That is pretty cool, I have been lucid many times but I have never had an astral proyection...What did you do, just wish to do it and it happened?

I will see if I can do it when I am lucid today...
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

I think when you don't know what you are really doing, you have no fear and thus going out of your body can be quite easy for lucid dreamers. OBE's are nothing to sneeze at and I'm not referring to just the "coming out" part but the things you can face in the process.

It's the unknown that still scares me a bit but I'm getting braver every day.

      Welcome to the forum Shany.

It sounds like your experience would have been very cool, and possibly daunting for someone who'd never done it before.

      Welcome!

My cousciousness was all there, I knew that I was lucid dreaming,at first, I was changing my dreams I was seeing my dream place sliding to the left side and another place was appearing, sliding from the right side. I was able to think and I was wondering what to do so I started thinking...and like I said I remembered something that you can do when you are lucid dreaming..
I believed it so it was easy to do it,so my spirit(mind or soul w/e english confuses me with this) was certain that it was easy...its like telekinesy(moving objects) when you are able to make your spirit believe that you can move objects without your material/body , that you can do it with your (I dont know) fluid, you can do it.
I already wrote it ..that my body was like shivering.. not cause of any coldness..I dont know how to really detail this in english since my first language is french but it were shivers one after another and I wasnt only feeling it in my back but in my whole body. Then I saw that I was getting in the air(well, floating over my body).

well I have to go, I dont really understand your question if your asking me to describe what I felt during my lucid dream or when I was trying to attempt an OBE so I wrote some answers.. maybe a little bit repeating what I said when i started this conversation.
