      I'm only a newbie in LD, but ppl say that everyone is different, what works for one might not for the other and vica versa.
      Maybe you can Wild more easily if you try it when you go to bed
      It doesn't matter if you are lying on your back or on you stomach, the important thing is to be able to relax.
      Wish you better luck next time

      Uh... I think it's not that simple.
      If people could WILD whenever they want, the world would be a better place, but they don't.
      What I want to say, it's not so sure that you can WILD anytime, and you will be able to learn WILD-ing on one night. It's just as any other skill, you have to practicwe it to get better, maybe you had luck, and that's why you almost WILD-ed at that time, but don't exept to be able to repeat is so easily, you have to practice a lot (if you are not a natural (dang them)).
      I tried WILD a few times but didn't even got to SP only some strange sensations, but don't get down becouse you couldn't do it for the first time, there is always another night.

      P.S.: I would also need a reply from a WILD expert, becouse I'm defeneatly not one.

      i think it is possible to WILD at any time--it's just a matter of varying degrees of difficulty. the difficulty with WILD, is that it's not possible to explain how to do it. you have to learn it by doing, because it's different for everyone. i think the best way to figure it out is to practice watching yourself fall asleep..that is, try to become more aware of the entire process. once you do that, you should be able to find the path yourself.

      i found out what the problem is whit WILDs!
      when i tryed this i was tierd,so i cloud relax,and really get numb,but other night's i waked my sailf to much,so what i felt wasn't numbnes,it was a vibrating sensation.
      Last night i did that same thing and clouden't get numb,so i didn't want to give up i tryed and tryed till my feet started to get really numb,so i remeberd that felling,soon my right hand and leeg musels started to go numb,it fellt like they where preshureing them sailfes
      and......the rest inst that important,anyway i wanted to say that this might be why WILDs are so hard to get,u wake up to much,everybody who had and WILD said that they where tierd so,i reast my case 8)

      first of all go to this link:
      http://toolbar.google.com/index_xp.html

      and download that, it has a good spellchecker.
      don't take offense, I just think you would get more replies if you didn't have so many spelling errors in your posts.

      I don't understand your last post... if you could tell me exactly what you did last night/ last time you WILDed I could tell you what you need to do differently....
      (example: I went to bed at 9PM and slept till 3AM, I then stayed up for 1 hour reading about lucid dreaming before putting earplugs in and laying down on my back to begin WILDing, I then slowly began to relax and focus on my breathing before falling asleep.)

      or just fill out this form:
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      Time I went to bed: (this being the time you closed your eyes to begin sleeping for the night)
      time I woke up: (this meaning when you woke up to WILD)
      time I stayed up before laying back down to WILD:
      What I did in the time I stayed up before WILDing: (example: I watched TV and did jumping jacks)
      What I ate and/or drank in the time I was up before WILDing:
      what position I laid in the WILD:
      did you use the bathroom before WILDing?:
      Were you thinking about the fact that you were about to be in a lucid dream while you were WILDing?:
      Describe exactly what you did from the time you closed your eyes to WILD up until you woke up the next morning:
      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
      fill that out and post it here (erasing anything that's in parenthesis before filling it out) and Ill be glad to tell you what you need to do differently.

      also, Wolffe. you can PM me anytime and Id be glad to help. also feel free to fill out the for I just made () and post it or PM it to me and ill try and help
      .
