I hear people talking about dream guides all the time. How can I know for sure if I've met my dream guide? what forms do your dream guides take?

You'll know because you'll have a very vivid, detailed dream that you remember for a long time.
Everyone's dream guides are different. But mine have been an old man, an old woman, and a horse.
Also a young woman in a white dress.

one thing i don't get is how my waking mind can be so creative yet my dreams - even the lucid ones are so boring!
