Thread: looking up

I have a question......whenever i lucid dream i cannot look up. When i try to my dream unstablizes and i wake up. ANy opinions on how to fix this?

thats very strange....I've never heard of anything like that before! I mean, when I have a lucid dream I can still see the sky or even fly into the sky. But I've never concentrated on the actual act of 'looking up' before......

i mean i can see the sky but its like my head is facing down when i walk....so maybe it has something to do wiht self confidence but idk

Could it be, the less you concentrate on a certain subject, your mind will make it more real?

I have never trully experienced a fully lucid dream, though I have experienced many other things. Maybe the less you think about it, the more your mind fills it in.

see its not like im thinking about it as much as just putting my head up when i walk. i dont want to walk through a dream starring at the ground haha that would be no fun
