      2nd time

      ok i tried wilding for the second time last night. i meditated before i did it. my body was relaxed. so i go trying to do this right. my body begins to feel numb and all that i see the images and everything. i think i was so close to getting it. when i got a itch on my nose. the weird thing was is. i felt this incredible feeling. i never felt before. it was so weird it felt like energy i couldnt handle. it made me shake. and it felt like my heart droped down. it happened 2 times. it was weird. any body know what it was?

      I always get a feeling like that when I am WILDing too. I think it is usual, and it is pretty intense. Most of the times I get it I am not ready and instead of going on with the process, I just snap out of it.

      Having a WILD is a very spiritual experience, in my opinion, and you do feel a sort of energy that you haven't felt before. What one must do is try to embrace all of the sensations, and be in peace with them...

      Kind of like riding a roller-coaster? You experience some really strange sensations during WILD. And yes, Truthbearer, it is almost a spiritual thing!

      i dont know my body just wanted to start jerking around cuz of that energy. . it was weird. i cant really explain. ive never been on aroller coaster before so i cant really say it felt like that lol.

      I don't think he means that it feels like a roller coaster, literally. He means that the emotions you have are the same, but your body won't actually feel like if it was in one...

      I think that what you might be trying to describe is that your body feels as though as it was just charged with energy. Right?

      actually it felt more like there was a glow of energy inmy stomach. i dont know why lol. i guess you could say charged.

      The first time I had that sensation was at a hotel after we went to six flags for the day.It reminded me of the rollercoasters I was on that day.
