      Lucid Or...?

      Hullo. C: New here.

Now - firstly, I've never before attempted to induce lucid dreaming.

However, some years ago I did naturally experience two lucid dreams, one after the other, but I didn't know what they were until I looked them up online a few days afterwards. A while after that I also experienced a semi-lucid dreams that was only partly in my control.

And on that note - I remember dreams quite often, although lately I've remembered less than usual. They're always immensely vivid..

But what I'd like to ask is a question on certain dreams, because I don't know if they're normal or lucid.

When I had those two dreams some years back - I could feel myself both in the dream and in my bed, in two bodies, which was incredibly bizarre for me - both intimidating and enjoyable.

These days, however.. Sometimes I have dreams involving stories which I am witnessing, or I am in the body of someone else - however, when I am dreaming that I am myself, there seems to be somewhat of a lucid value to it.

I often find myself able to control where I am - where I am going, what I am doing, and sometimes I know that I am dreaming. One good example is when I dreamt I was with some kids I didn't know at a bus station in the town where my college is, and I figured out how to sort of-.. Fly all over the place in a rather "superhuman" way, and it was such fun, and I had so much control.

I don't know if they would be classed as lucid or not. o_O What do you think?

Also, I'm worried that if I learn to induce lucid dreams, I will lose the creativity of things I don't have control over, like the many characters in my dreams that just seem to think themselves up.

the answer is really simple..and only you can give it...

sometimes you have LD's with tons of controle..
and sometimes you ave LD'swith less controle.

but a dream will become a lucid dream as soon as you know you are dreaming..
even when there isn't much or any controle..

lucid dream= dreaming while you aware ofthe fact that your dreaming.
