Thread: My first true lucid!

I've had a couple of lucid expieriences before this, but I didn't have much control and I'd forget I was in a dream after a few minutes. But this morning I finally had a real lucid dream!

The dream started with me in my dark room, with a big plastic canopy over my bed, and it was raining. Raining in my room. I was laying in my bed, and the canopy broke, getting water all over me. That's when I realized I was dreaming. So I decided to fly. The room dissapeared and I was flying up in space, laughing the whole time. I did a few backflips and zoomed around for awhile, then I flew back through the atmosphere to earth. I decided I wanted to see this guy I really like right now, so upon landing his house appeared in front of me. I saw his stepmom sitting in a chair inside, so I made her dissapear. Then I didn't see him, so I made him appear in his room. I went inside to see him, but he had dissapeared again. I was looking for him when I had a false awakening. In my false awakening I started writing about my lucid in my dream journal, when my mom came in and said something about my senior pictures (which I have to take tomorrow in RL). I got out of bed, got some stuff together, and we all got in my dad's car. My dad proceeded to take off his seatbelt and drive us into a muddy lake. The whole time I was the only one freaking out, everyone else was calm, even happy about it. When we finally got out of the lake, I was really upset because my phone and iPod were muddy and wet. My mom made a comment about a song on my iPod about some singer who doesn't exist, and then I woke up for real.

I'm so excited, I finally had pretty much total control over my dream!
