Last night I was waking up and writing down my dreams alot, and this morning I woke up and stayed awake for about 45 minutes and went to bed. I tried the MILD tech (which I never tried even though everyone said thats what worked for them the most) All of a sudden I was in a dream talking to 2 people and I asked myself if I should tell myself I'm dreaming, I did and my whole body felt tingly (like when your foot falls asleep and you move it). Everything went black and silent. I wasn't sure if I woke up or not so I slowly opened my eyes to see. I found myself in my room. I sat there for a few seconds and a huge lion went jumping across my room. I flinched and it turned into a bunch of cats. I wanted to see a person so I closed my eyes and imagined my girlfriend. When I opened my eyes there were 6 aliens standing in my room. I closed my eyes and tried again, once again I opened them and they were there. So I closed them and though about spinning to get out of my room (even though I was lying down). I "woke" up at my GFs, and I told her I just had a lucid dream, but I was still dreaming not realizing it. |

Nice job on the first LD, keep it up! A good way to make the dream real vivid and stable is to concentrate on your palm. Look at all the creases and lines, and focus really hard on how real it looks. Once you look up and around, your entire dream should be very realistic. |
