Thread: It's driving me crazy...

Last night I had my first mostly lucid dream. In it, I, along with other people were climbing mt. everest and dying. Suddenly the lucidity kind of left, and i was in a room. Then it picked back up. In this room was a girl about my age. Her friend died climbing mt everest, and I comforted her. I found myself falling in love with her, and likewise, she fell in love with me. It was so real, and i distinctly remember what she looked like. Then I woke up. But i tried desperately to re-enter the dream to see her, and partially succeeded. I found her, but only the dream location was different. She turned out to be a good friend of one of my friends that lives in another state in reality. I kept waking up after that, re-entering the dream, and looking for her every time. I went so far as to ask for her number. My feelings in my dream for this girl were so real.

Now that i'm woke up for good, I cannot stop thinking about her. I'm wondering if there's a possibility that she's real, since quite a few other people i my dream were real. Has this happened to anybody else? Have you ever dreamed of somebody you don't know, only to wake up and find out that they actually exist, or are dream characters simply that: dream characters? I've never known dream feelings to accompany me outside of dreams, but i really feel something for a girl i dont know is real. Please help me.
