      Okay Here's the deal.

The first time it happened to me I hit NREM the exact same way through MILD. The first thing I noticed was that I didn't feel a connection to my physical like I could when I perform a WILD. So I couldn't determine Sleep Paralysis it was like I was in a Dark Void and I was trapped in what I called Nothingness. Closing the dream eye and opening had the exact same effect. Considering I couldn't get SP I couldn't project like I would with WILD. The very first time it happened I became a little anxious and Lost lucidity. But I figured I had to calm myself and close my dream eyes and proceed to paint a picture in my mind, however when I did open my dream eyes into the world that I created it was nothing like what pictured in my mind all the information I created was somehow distorted and that's a whole different story. Good luck and try it the next time you hit Lucidity in NREM. Oh by the way, one thing is for sure you have a stronger will to encounter Lucidity than the average person because it's not many that can hit consciousness within NREM Periods. That's even more amazing if you ask me. Because when you actually go Lucid you are very clear because you have excellent mental health. Keep up the good work.

      Thanks.

I'll definitely try that technique if I find myself in that situation again.
