Thread: My First Completely Lucid Dream

So last night I prepared myself, I listened to the new dream command Mp3 that says, and I listened to the other lucid dream mp3 in the middle of the night, but it didn't work then, it just kept me up. So i woke up pretty dissatisfied, i could only remember 1 short dream. So i went to class, i drank a dr pepper before i went. i didn't have my second class today because my teacher was sick. So i decided to take a nap. Then i changed my mind and decided to wild instead, so i got comfortable on the couch, and put on the mp3 that said to remember to check reality, and that i was in a dream. so I was completely relaxed I experienced SP, and i noticed hypnogogic imagery but when i would start to buzz and fade, my heart would race and I would lose it. So I decided to lay down on the couch, I put on about 6 devendra banhart songs taking up 30 minutes, then i put the dreaming mp3 at the end. So i started fading, and i pictured myself climbing a rope with large nots in it up to the endless sky, then pictured myself climbing on top of the grounds building on campus, and then I faded into a dream.

I was in a basement, that was occupied by a woman and children but they weren't there. I looked for a toilet because i needed to use the restroom, by the time i was looking for it, i realized i was dreaming , so i decided to test my reality. I approached the toilet, I started going (you know what happens when you use the restroom in your sleep&#33 but i tested myself, and i had all the sensation and i could hear everything, but i wasn't peeing the bed. lol so i flushed the toilet, and found a wall, I ran at it full speed threw my arm back, and with all my body punched as hard as i could, and my arm went partially into the wall...awesome. So i decided to kick the wall, and the same happened my leg went into the wall. Then i crossed my eyes and tried to look at my nose...wasn't there. then i plugged my nose, i could breathe. I was estatic by this time, so i decided i wanted to go upstairs, but i wasn't sure where i was. So as i was walking up stairs, i realized i was in the stairwell of my dorm, i noticed the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th floors as i walked up. I put my hands on the railing, it was cold, i touched the wall it had bumps and ridges on it. I looked at the 2nd floor RA's door (RA is Resident Assistant) it was all distorted and tilted sidways, then i decided i wanted to go see what I was doing, since i was sleeping on the couch. I turned myself into my girlfriend, and decided i was going to surprise myself, so I reached in my pocket for my keys, there were where they always are cliped to my pocket, i grabbed my key, put it in the lock, the lock sparked, I opened the door, and it faded away.

I'm so happy right now, i feel so accomplished, all of my hard work is finally paying off, its taken 2 months now to begin to attain lucidity. any comments?
