      Being in someone elses dream?

I had a very weird dream.

I was in some kitchen, with 2 more people. I felt like I knew them very well.

Suddenly I realize I'm dreaming and I'm stunned - it was the highest lucidity dream I've ever had.
So I look around, and everything seems more real then "reality".

I speak to guy next to me, and tell him I'm dreaming. I dont remember what he said, but I decide to "test" reality, even tho I know I'm dreaming.

I try to pass my head though my palm, it doesnt go through (works like normal). I try to move my hand through my head, same result. I touch this guys head and it's amazingly real.

Next I decide to go outside, but I dont want to use doors. I see a window with a moskito net on it. I try to pass through it, but it works like reality!

I feel really amazed and think it may be reality.
So I ask for a clock and look at it. Red digits change and then turn smoky grey. I know I'm dreaming for sure.

Yet I cant understand, why nothing works...

Suddenly an idea comes to my mind. I look at the guy and ask if I'm in *HIS* lucid dream.

Unfortunately, dream starts to fade, and I rush out of the room without learning the answer....

Thats very interesting but i have a couple questions.
What made you think that you were in someone elses lucid dream. Also could it be that the reason for not being able to put you hand through your head and what not is because this felt so much like reality to you? you have to convince yourself beyond a dought that you were in fact dreaming and that it wasnt reality? well either way sounds like a cool dream!

there were 2 people with me. Somehow I had a very extensive memories about me knowing them. They seemed aware that they are dreaming.

Normally, every LD I have I can control certain things.

There was something very alien about this dream... No contol, extreme realism of inviroment, people next to me (from very beginning of a dream) and a hidden knowledge of this people...

I dont know why, but this is the thought that crossed my mind as I was looking at the other guy. He seemed to know more then he said...

Isn't that how it always happen? You wake up right when your about to ask heh. I get feelings like that about all kinds of stuff in dreams. I don't normally question where they come from. Some times they are right, some times its just random things that pop into your head.

Hey, this is my area of expertise! Ev honestly I think the possiblity is extremely high that you were in someone else's dream. The reason why I say this is because I've shared dreams with my immediate family on several occassions and everytime I have the perception of dream state was so real it could've fooled even the most experienced lucid dreamer. Usually I never have control when Im dream-sharing. I cannot do the passing the finger through the palm trick nor can I walk through walls, Im bound by the actual reality of the waking world for some reason. I think your influence is stripped when you're in someone else's setting because its not for you to control. But what is really bothering me is that this concept doesn't apply to WILD Dream Sharing. I've only done a WILD one time in my life and I was able to have control in my brothers dream just like it was my own. We have been trying to figure out why is this possible for the longest, but I cannot seem to tap into this ability anymore. I do understand that your influence and what you are able to do in a Lucid Dream increases to a great extent when you Induce it by WILD oppossed to any other way. But why?

We have all heard that life is a dream. This fact has been passed down in many esoteric traditions around the world. What makes the "waking" world so concrete for us is the intent of those around us. When sharing a dream with another who believes that they are in a "real" world, our dream of this world would then become more concrete. More like the "waking" world.

There is also another possibility, which is far more rare to stumble upon, and that is dreaming another world. Most dreams are phantom images, but it is possible to dream in other worlds... Other worlds that have energy of their own. "Real" worlds. Most of the time our belief that dreams are fake shield us from these worlds, but it is possible under the right circumstances, and with the right amount of personal power, to cross over into other worlds as real as our own.

I'll teach you to do it, but you have to invite me. And you can teach me anything you feel you're capable of teaching me. But I must warn you Im pretty knowledgable about alot of things so if the tides happen to turn then that may be a good thing, for you I mean. Hehe=)
