      Any Non-Forgettable Childhood Dreams?

Do you have any dreams way back from childhood, that you just can't forget? They can either be thrilling or traumatic. Mine were, unfortunately, very scary to stomach when I was that young.

I remember mine as if it happened yesterday. I would be walking down a sidewalk and picking up this penny. As I looked up, there was this big machine that appeared to be about 5 stories high. I know it was very vivid, yet I could not remember the dialogue. I haven't interpreted it much, but it's that one dream that just never escapes my memory. As I woke up from it, I had this really weird emotional impact. Sort of scared, sort of confused. If I haven't forgotten it, I'm thinking that it has a special meaning...

Any do any of you have a dream when the walls of a room start to close in on you? This happened to me. I'm no claustrophobic, but it was pretty freakin scary. I wasn't so much afraid of dying as I was on not being able to move.

Yes. My first experiences with Lucid dreaming as a child are very vivid memories for me.

My first Lucid dream I can remember was as a kid when I lived in Hawaii, in the dream I was driving a car along a mountain side, over bridges and on the beach. (At the time I had no idea how to drive and was way too young for a license, but I sure as hell got behind the wheel in my first lucid dream!)

My second lucid dream as a kid in middle school I was walking down the beach sex0ring every hot chic I encountered... coolest dream ever.

A bad dream I can never forget is when demons came to me in my dreams. I believe this was a lucid dream with no control... I went into my bathroom and there were demons sitting at a card table playing poker. Scary shite.

The dream is real, my friends. The failure to realize it is the only unreality.

Yep... I had these drerams that weren't scary, per say. I was in a gigantic dark room. I never saw anything but darkness. This dream reoccured at least once a week for a year. The feeling was so lonely and eerie that I never fogot the dreams.

[edit] Oh yeah! I forgot about the times when I got chased around by bees. I was in a castle and I came across a swarm of bees. They started to chase me and I would run from them for the remainder of the dream. The dreams usually lasted for about twenty minutes.

And then there is always the sleep paralysis. Technically, these are not dreams, but I still get them. They will be unforgettable. At first they were very scary, but now they're just angering. (if angering is a word)

I would have a reacurring nightmare about twice a week. The exact same one. This monster would not allow me to leave my room. I was very young. I got so sick of it that one night I felt I could not bare it. Sure enough I had that dream. However I confronted the monster and I never had that dream again. Looking back now I realize I had become lucid. that was 20 some years ago and never really new what I was on to. Just think where I would be had I new and could have been practicing Lucid dreaming for that many years!!!!! Damn!

I remeber I used to see this green ghost in my room. It used to always walk across the room then disappear when it got half way across. I only ever saw it in the middle of the night when I would wake up. Now I am hoping it was just false awakening or some weird dream. If not thats not very good, but lucky I don't live in that house anymore so doesnt matter heh.

Yeah I have tons of childhood dreams I remember. The earliest dream I can remember having was one of my most vivid ones. It was when I was about five or so, and I was walking through the hallway outside my room. The bathroom door was where the closet was, and vice versa. Other then that, it was all exactly like real life.

My mom was dusting, and the closet door was open. I walked up to it, and noticed that there was a red glass decorative apple sitting on a shelf. I thought to myself how it would go nicely with the green and clear glass apples that we had in real life. My mom turned to me, and casually said, "You may not want to go in there."

Suddenly, a brainsucking alien came out, and I slowly backed away into my room onto my bed. It had me trapped in the corner, and then right before it killed me I got pulled out of the dream back in reality. I could still hear the ringing in my ears.

well....i think most people experince these things at a youn

i rember plenty of my child hood dreams...though something people never talk about in these forums....is the fact that alont of these dreams.. are in fact not dreams.......but really real...far as crossing paralel dimmesions is conceriend......which explains the ones that fell less like a dream and more like a memory
